Frequently asked questions
How is storage counted?
We track the physical bytes stored in your buckets each day, per site. Deduplication means this is usually much smaller than the size of your source data.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Plans and quotas can be changed at any time without re-installing agents.
Can backups be deleted early?
No. Restore points are locked with Object Lock in COMPLIANCE mode until the lock period ends — not by an agent, an administrator or us.
